RESULTS Technology and Visionpace-IT, two local IT service providers, are merging, the companies announced.

Going forward, they’ll do business as RESULTS Technology, and Visionpace-IT will move into RESULTS’ space. (RESULTS is a past winner of Thinking Bigger Business Media’s 25 Under 25® award.)

“Merging with Visionpace-IT is a significant strategic step in expanding RESULTS’ geographic coverage and adding skills and capabilities to support our clients,” said John French, RESULTS’ CEO (pictured at right). “This transaction provides us with critical components to enter into a new phase of growth.”

Visionpace-IT is based in Independence, while RESULTS is headquartered in Lenexa with a presence in St. Louis. The merger increases RESULTS’ local professional workforce by 30 percent. It will also give the combined company access to Visionpace-IT’s data center and its expertise in data center services.
